Dear Presenters and Special Guests:

Hyatt Hotel reservations for the 33rd Annual SWTX PCA/ACA Conference are now open for booking via the Hyatt Regency Hotel's dedicated online reservation system. The special conference rates are available for the period February 4th through the 15th, 2012.

DIRECTIONS:

A dedicated booking website has been created for our event so you will be able to make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel. Just click the appropriate hotel photo to the right to begin the booking process.

Shuttle Service from the Airport to the Hotel

The SW/TX PCA/ACA proudly announces a partnership with Sunport Shuttle (a division of Albuquerque Cab Company) to provide convenient transportation from the ABQ airport to the conference hotel. Please note the following directions for securing Sunport Shuttle's services:

Reservations can be made on line (72 hours advance notice) at www.sunportshuttle.com or by fax (72 hours notice) by dialing 1.505.883.3243, or by phone (24 hours notice) 1.866.505.4966.

Sunport requests that all advance reservations be secured with a credit card. There is a Sunport booth located at the airport across from baggage claim #3 where travelers will be issued tickets to board the shuttle. This booth is staffed 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
